Jake T. Austin (born Jake Toranzo Szymanski on December 3, 1994) is an American actor, who currently stars in the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place as Max Russo.
Austin also performs the voice for Diego, the lead character in the Dora the Explorer spinoff, Go, Diego, Go! He has also provided voices for the animated movies The Ant Bully and Everyone's Hero, and appeared in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board.
Austin is currently filming The Perfect Game, a sports drama about a little league team from Mexico, who become the first non-US team to win the little league world series. During filming, he became close friends with his costars, Jansen Panettiere and Moises Arias.
